1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

taya757 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). taya757 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency without prior written arrangement.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits to your taya757 account are credited in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions, subject to third-party processing times. taya757 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. You agree to use only payment methods registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC documentation submitted and approved) before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible;
• taya757 processes verified withdrawal requests same-day during business hours, Philippine Standard Time;

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and any other restrictions are stated clearly on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

taya757 actively monitors for and prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets that do not meaningfully contribute to wagering requirements (as determined by taya757 at its sole discretion), participating in arbitrage strategies using bonus funds, or using automated software to complete wagering requirements. taya757 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate accounts where abuse is identified.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on taya757 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or event as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail. taya757 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in accordance with the relevant game rules;
• Limit the maximum bet amount accepted from any individual player at its discretion;
• Suspend betting markets without prior notice where it determines that market integrity may be compromised;
• Correct any obvious errors in odds or payouts — including odds published due to system error or human error — and settle bets at the corrected figure;

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya757 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya757 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of taya757 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any taya757 content without prior written consent.

The taya757 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of taya757. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable Philippine law.

9 Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to taya757. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the taya757 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

taya757 collects personal data for the purposes of account verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. We will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

taya757 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via your account settings at any time:

• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;

taya757's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your taya757 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taya757 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

12 Amendments to These Terms

taya757 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Where changes are material, taya757 will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the taya757 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Closing your account does not relieve you of any obligations that arose under the prior terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the taya757 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days through negotiation, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
